Blaidfästt is a village like no other. Home to a pack of Ulven; shapeshifters who can change form from man to beast, it is protected from outsiders and ravaging Troll hoards. But putting faith in creatures largely thought to be monsters is not on the agenda of Blaidfästt’s vicar, who sees the Ulven not as virtuous protectors, but a threat which must be removed from the village by any means necessary.
